4 occasion self-revealing, self-awareness course
(+1 optional occasion – programming the Merkaba)
Through a 4 months period we meet once a month and each occasion we work on a different topic. The course involves lots of guided healing meditations and exercises.
Topics:
- self revealing on body-soul-spirit level,
- cleansing, releasing family- and human relationship patterns
- life purpose, easing your path
- activation of the Merkaba energy field

Course for new generation children’s parents, teachers
A one day practical course where we tell parents, teachers how different new generation children are and also teach them all the practises that we teach their children in the children’s course and with which parents can support them. (The course is ideal for teachers and nursery nurses as well)

Daily practices for living a conscious life
Practical exercises and techniques for a conscious living in our day-to-day life: how to prepare our body in the morning for the day, how to go to bed, activating chakras, cleansing aura and our surroundings, breathing techniques, grounding, tuning the vibration of water etc.
